Comrades,

Guangbo Group 2010 annual economic work conference, with the efforts of all middle-level cadres and the participants here, after completing each predetermined agenda, is coming to the end. I think, this is a conference blowing the horn of marching in the New Year.

Next, I’ll put forward some views on the current international and domestic economic situation, Guangbo last year’s main achievements, as well as our future development strategy.

First, correctly understand the economic situation at home and abroad. As a whole, this year the situation that our country economic development faced is still very complicated. the foundation of a rebound isn't solid, internal motivation is still insufficient, the structural contradiction is still prominent and the employment situation remains tough. The road of world economy full recovery is long and winding, and there are reasons to be dubious. We not only should have full confidence, but pay close attention to the change of the economic situation at home and abroad.

Second. Review the work in 2009. In the past year, in face of the massive impact of the international financial crisis, Guangbo people were of one mind, the unity is strength, overcome the difficulties, innovate constantly, has gained more-than-expected results in the aspects of hardware construction, market development, social activities, merging and stock participation, which worth summarizing.

On June 16th, last year, new office building was officially opened, realized centralized office building, reduced resources waste, let the company image enter a new stage. Guangbo's history was changed forever, meeting the universal guests with a new look. On that day, Zhejiang Business Forum and Fortune Ningbo (Guangbo) summit forum was held in the new lecture hall. Provincial and municipal leaders like Long Yongtu, secretary general of the Boao Forum for Asia, Xu Guanju, provincial CPPCC Vice-Chairman and provincial federation of Industry and Commerce chairman, and Guo Zhengwei, municipal party committee assistant deputy secretary attended.

In the aspect of market development, through implementing several actions like “Bai Qianwan” project, embracing a group and exploiting the market, developing new markets, strongly promoted the development of domestic sales and foreign trade market. To cope with the development of domestic market, on June 26 last year, we successfully held Guangbo 2009 marketing annual meeting, invited expert and professor to give speeches. About 400 dealers from around the country gathered together, jointly discussed the development plan, effectively promoted the development of Guangbo domestic market.

“When it is dark in the east, it is bright in the west.” Decline in Europe and America market demand, through developing emerging markets like South America, South Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe, we realized the better results of a comparative growth rate of emerging markets’ exports, effectively made up for the adverse impact brought by the decline in Europe and America market demand.

In the aspect of social activities, launched the grants, fully embodied Guangbo’s sense of social responsibility. As the enterprise, not only should create economic benefit, but shoulder the social responsibilities. On the eve of National Day in 2009, we launched educational fund in West China of 10 million yuan. This fund will be partially donated to the school age population in poor area in western China, help them finish school. Charity is a good thing of helping the poor, and the carrier of fulfilling wealth and social responsibility.

In 2009, we gained many honors like National May 1 Labor certificate of merit (only one in Ningbo) and the top 50 enterprises paying taxes. We achieved the double harvest of economic benefit and social honor.

The above mentioned achievements are the result of vast middle-level management personnel and whole employees’ conscientiousness, industry and joint effort. Hereby, on behalf of Group party committee and board of directors, extended sincere regards and heartfelt thanks to everyone here, middle-level management personnel and attendees, workers having long struggle in the front line, vast marketing personnel stationed on the domestic and foreign market.

Third, year 2010 work planning and future strategic planning. After 18 year’s development, Guangbo has become a modern enterprise group with many national honors like China top brand，China Well-known Trademark and famous Chinese export trademark. In industrial globalization and world economic globalization today, in Ningbo and Zhejiang, even in national global new round of economic development, Guangbo how to position, can keep lasting and sustainable development, further develop and strengthen itself? Our goal is: make stationery main industry finer, accelerate the cultivation of high-tech industry, accelerate the expansion of emerging markets, speed up the exploration of low-carbon environment-friendly products.
